We welcome our new Fitness Director, Jenna to our club! Her goal is to provide our members with the best fitness experience possible. See her if you are looking to start, continue, or advance your fitness journey.

Jenna’s background includes 6+ years as a Personal Trainer and three years working as a Fitness Director. She has trained various age groups from children to clients in their 90’s. She also works with all ability levels and has a passion for training Special Population clients and those that are afflicted by a medical condition. Her expertise includes Parkinson’s, Cardiac recovery, Stroke recovery, and Down Syndrome She has also helped further individual’s rehabilitation from injuries and biomechanical issues and has been a trusted continuation after physical therapy.

Jenna graduated from Temple University with a Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology. Her focus was in Exercise and Sport Science with a minor in Public Health. She upholds her NASM certification along with CPR/AED and is always researching to further her education and knowledge base.

Jenna is the Head Girl’s Cross Country coach at Jackson Memorial High School. She is back coaching at her alma matter after continuing her running career at Temple University. While in High School, she ran the fifth fastest 3200m in the state her graduating year. While competing at Temple, Jenna was a member of the Cross Country and Track & Field teams for four years and is still the 10,000m record holder.

When she is not weight lifting, you can find Jenna in the outdoors. She loves hiking, cycling, and kayaking. She also has a passion for gardening and cooking.

Monday – Friday:
07:00 – 21:00

Saturday:
07:00 – 16:00
